FRANKLIN COUNTY SUGER FACTORY

The Franklin County Sugar Factory is a tenant improvement project located in an abandon sugar factory located in Whitney, Idaho. The project has been divided into two high end luxury projects. One section of the building will be converted into a Home Owner Association Clubhouse and the other part, private residence condominiums.  The clubhouse includes a pool and hot tubs, locker room with showers, fitness center, pickle ball court, lounge area, eating area and breakfast bar, party room, game room, and private offices. ​

MATT & AMY SADLER REMODEL

Matt and Amy Sadler remodel consists of a kitchen and main floor remodel. The need for improved flow and space for their kids to come home to has made the project a necessity. The remodel scope includes new furnishings, fixtures, and finishes in all areas. ​

PRIMARY CARE CLINIC

Primary Care Clinic is a pediatric medical care clinic with a focus on behavioral health.  The clinic is a tenant improvement project located in Baltimore, Maryland. Due to the behavioral health focus, specific design and specification considerations must be met for patient and staff safety.   ​

HALWA FURNITURE LINE

The Halwa furniture line is a four piece line based on Morocco. Pieces were designed for  modern needs with historic roots. The patterns and materials reflect the heritage and culture of Moroccan life.

HAWAIIAN HOME

A new build, traditional Hawaiian home in the modern era. A traditional Dickey roof and the horizontal profile bring old world charm to this modern Hawaiian plantation home. Natural elements and indoor out living complement the direct ocean views.

NITA M. LOWEY COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER

The Nita M. Lowey Community Learning Center, is a new construction, social justice project located in Mississippi. The town of Madison received a grant from the Nita M. Lowey Foundation to build a new learning center to provide better access to learning in an underserved location.  ​
